Denver Man Offers Reward For His Missing Drone

This isn't your typical "missing" poster.

A Denver man is claiming that his $2,000 drone that had a Go Pro camera attached to it just "floated off like a balloon".

Loyal Merrick says that he was using his drone to capture Colorado's beauty with some aerial photography when it just started drifting away. He tried using the fail safe button that is supposed to make it return to where it took off, but it just went on its way. Apparently the drones just drifting off on their own is a "common thing".

He is hoping that someone can find it and return it to him. He is offering a reward as incentive.

I hope that he is offering something substantial because that equipment is worth a lot... Also, is anybody else concerned with drones just going off on their own? Skynet anyone?
