This is my favorite event in all of Colorado. I'm not even a little kidding. You will find my family at the Fort Collins Food Truck Rally, and it's happening all summer long, baby.

Located at City Park in Fort Collins, this event happens every Tuesday until September 15.

Here are just a few reasons why I love this event

  • City Park has an amazing...park. If you have kids, this is absolute gold because you can eat a food-truck corn dog while they burn off their energy. Priceless.
  • You bring your own chairs, which is so great because you can sit wherever you want, even if it's under a tree, eating a corndog alone. No shame.
  • Two words: Live music. Each week, you'll have a chance to see a talented local artist perform.

Parking won't be a problem because a heck of a lot of people ride their bikes. You can burn calories, which means you can have two corn dogs without the guilt.

But what about man's best friend? Dogs are welcome to join the fun, but they must be leashed.

Enjoy food from multiple food trucks ranging from pizza to asian fusion to corndogs. Each week, you'll see some of your favorites as well as new food options to choose from.

Where can I learn more?

If you visit focofoodtruckrally.com, you'll get up-to-date weather reports as well as a weekly list of food truck options and bands playing the event.

No matter what you're craving, you'll find something sweet and savory at the Tuesday night FOCO Food Truck Rally in Fort Collins.
