There are many great options for breakfast and brunch in Northern Colorado, and one popular spot is Urban Egg. Located at 230 S College Ave in Fort Collins, the restaurant offers delicious food from 7 AM to 1 PM on weekdays and 7 AM to 2:30 PM on weekends. Sadly, the restaurant has announced that it will be closing in August, and time is running out to enjoy breakfast or brunch. The good news is that there are other locations in the state, including another one in Northern Colorado, located at 4861 Thompson Pkwy in Johnstown.

While residents in Fort Collins will be sad to see the restaurant close, at least it isn't gone for good like other places that often close in the area. Urban Egg has been located in Old Town Fort Collins for the last ten years, and their final day will be August 30, giving you plenty of time to enjoy them one final time, or two. No matter if you enjoy their omelets, breakfast burritos, or eggs benedict, they have something everyone will enjoy. The good news is that no other locations in Colorado are set to close right now.
