Macy’s Building in Fort Collins Sold to Foothills Developer

The retailer, Macy's, has sold their building located at the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins for $5.5 million earlier this month, according to BizWest.

The purchase was made by the private equity firm Walton Street Capital LLC on April 15 for the 128,550 square foot building.
