Fresh off an incredible homecoming parade in downtown Denver, the Denver Broncos are still flying a mile high after receiving a congratulatory message from President Obama.

President Obama was in Denver yesterday to show his support for the gun control measures recently passed in Colorado. Meanwhile, 16 county sheriffs, including Larimer County’s Justin Smith and John Cooke of Weld County have vowed not to enforce the new gun restrictions. The presidential race is heating up, the debates have begun and it's nearly decision time. Well, no good decision can be made on an empty stomach, so let's get cooking... first stop-Hawaii in honor of President Obama.

Maybe Peyton Manning could use a roommate in that new mansion he just bought in Denver. If wants one, I have an idea of someone who may be interested. President Obama seems to be spending a lot of time in Colorado lately, maybe he could stay with Peyton?

President Obama’s has a campaign stop in Fort Collins tomorrow.  He will be at the Monfort Quad on the campus of Colorado State University. Admission begins at 2 p.m. As of late yesterday afternoon, tickets were still available. I have added a poll to this post.  Please tell us what you think.

Is it possible President Obama is looking to sing his way back into the White House this November? Last night the Commander in Chief was joined on stage by all all-star band that included Mick Jagger, Jeff Beck, B.B. King, Buddy Guy and Booker T. Jones. It took some convincing, but the President fronted the group of legends, if only for a few bars of ‘Sweet Home Chicago.’
